3. Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
4. You confirm that the payment instrument used belongs to you or you are duly authorized to use it.
5. Hospiexperts shall not be responsible for payment failures, gateway issues, or delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
6. Applicable taxes (including GST) shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
8. Confidentiality
All non-public, proprietary, or confidential information shared during the course of Services shall be treated as confidential by both parties, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted under written agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination
